Workshop on Clinical Development of Veterinary Pharmaceuticals

Objectives:

This seminar will provide a comprehensive introduction to clinical development for veterinary medicinal products. It is designed as a combination of stimulating introductory presentations and interactive workshop phases. For each session a short keynote speech will outline the topic, but the workshop will very much focus on a lively discussion on practical examples and case studies in small groups.

By this innovative concept of involvement, the participants will gain a systematic overview and knowledge of the most relevant aspects of clinical development. They will be supported throughout the day by experienced tutors.

To obtain highest value from this specifically designated workshop, the number of participants will be limited to 20 persons.

 
Who should attend?

Anyone who wishes to understand the development of veterinary pharmaceutical products, the requirements and practical implementation of the clinical part of the dossier including its consequences for marketing.  Beginners will gain a principle understanding of clinical aspects whereas experienced attendees will find sufficient opportunities to discuss specific topics. Attendees may plan to or already work in the animal health industry, in CROs, in academia or start-ups.

The workshop can be booked independently from the GCP workshop on 10^th July, but also in combination as a comprehensive supplement.
11th Munich Seminar on Veterinary Clinical Studies (GCP)

Participants are invited to start the seminar together with the attendees of the GCP workshop on the evening before with a networking dinner of original Bavarian cuisine after a short tour around the city centre of Munich. (Voluntarily).
